SHIPPING POLICY AAA Baling and Strapping Supply ships UPS and Common Carrier freight. If you entered an email address, an email receipt has been sent to the email address you provided. Please carefully double-check your email for shipping mistakes. IMPORTANT: If we need to re-ship an order due to a shipping address mistake, we will request that the shipping cost be paid again before we will re-ship an order. UPS also imposes a $10.00 address correction fee for ANY incomplete or incorrect address. We have instructed UPS to HOLD all such packages requiring an address correction prior to re-delivery so we can first collect this fee.    
  Your order is shipped from the nearest location.
UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you. Common Carrier is available in the North Eastern United States only at this time. See Map for Common Carrier Shipping locations. All bulk steel strapping is delivered by Common Carrier.

 

    
RETURN POLICY Call 845-429-0516 to receive an authorization number or complete the form on the back of the packing list and return the merchandise within 30 days.

Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled or returned orders.

Inside Delivery

Please specify if you need inside delivery when placing your order. UPS does not charge for this service. There may be a charge when using a truck line.
